Because our products are customised and personalised to your specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for items where the customer has made an error in the order details (such as spelling, dates, or design choices).

Please check your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will be happy to resolve the issue.

You may be eligible for:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Personalised Items

All cake toppers are made to order and personalised, therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted for personalised items unless faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will not be issued for spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided by the customer.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
